A. Required: No person shall drive or move on any road, street or highway of this City any motor vehicle, including motorcycles, trailers, semi-trailers or pole trailers, which are licensed by the Oklahoma Tax Commission and operated on the streets or highways, of this City, or any combination thereof, unless the vehicle is:
1. In good working order and adjustment and is in such safe mechanical condition as not to endanger the driver or other occupants, or the traveling public.
B. Penalty: Any person who violates the provisions of this Section shall upon conviction thereof, be subject to punishment as provided in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. (1988 Code § 15-306; amd. Ord. 2020-14, 12-15-2020)
