6-3-5: WIDTH, HEIGHT, LENGTH AND LOAD:
No person shall drive or convey through any street any vehicle the width, height, length, weight or load of which exceeds that authorized by State law, except in accordance with a permit issued by State authority or by the Chief of Police. (1988 Code § 15-305)
