The provisions of this chapter shall be cumulative and in addition to any or all other taxing provisions of City ordinances. The tax imposed under ordinance no. 2017-6 is imposed as an Excise Tax (Sales Tax) of 0.25 percent in addition to any and all other Excise Taxes (Sales Tax) now in force; said Excise Tax to be levied upon the gross proceeds or gross receipts derived from all sales taxable under the Oklahoma Sales Tax Code.
