§ 52.03  RATES.
   The following rates apply to customers of the town's electric system. These rates shall remain in effect until changed by the Town Council.
   (A)   Residential.
      (1)   Basic charge: $9.53.
      (2)   1 through 999 KW: $0.1292
      (3)   1,000 KW and up: $0.1091.
   (B)   Commercial.
      (1)   Basic charge: $9.53.
      (2)   1 through 1,499 KW: $0.1442.
      (3)   1,000 KW and up: $0.1111.
