(A) Residential garbage collection is $12 per month. Residential garbage collection for customers outside the town limits is $18 provided the truck passes the residence on the regular route. Cannot make a special trip to pick-up garbage.
(B) (1) Rates for garbage collection from commercial establishments is $13.15 per month for one pick-up per week and $13.15 for each additional pick-up.
(2) Rates for garbage collection from commercial establishments utilizing a dumpster is as follows:

(C) Restaurants or any place that prepares food is required to have a minimum of 2 pick-ups per week.
(D) (1) Each business or commercial establishment is required to have enough pick-ups as are necessary to keep its trash off the streets.
(2) Scheduled yard trash pick-ups for all residences are bi-weekly on Tuesday. Special pick-up fees apply for “other” pick-ups outside of scheduled bi-weekly pick-ups.
(3) Special trash pick-ups may also be scheduled through Town Hall and the fees for such pick-ups shall be $25 per load if the person or persons requesting the pick-up do the loading; if town personnel does the loading each special pick-up will cost $50 per load.
(E) If a residence is unoccupied and no garbage or trash is generated and no pick-up is needed, no garbage fee is required of owner. Business storage areas or warehouses where no garbage or trash is generated and the main business takes place elsewhere in the town will not require a garbage fee.
(F) Rates for recycling collection is $4 per month for 1 pick-up bi-weekly.
