(A) If the owner, tenant, or person in charge of any real property fails to comply with the "Courtesy Summons," the Town Administrator shall serve or cause to be served a "Uniform Ordinance Summons" to appear before the Municipal Judge at the Prosperity Town Hall. If the owner, tenant, or person in charge of any real property, does not abate the nuisance after receiving the "Courtesy Summons," the town may institute proceedings to have a private contractor or town forces cut the lot as specified in § 51.20 and/or have the Municipal Court enforce the penalties and recover costs expected for violations of §§ 51.15 through 51.17.
(B) If the owner, tenant, or person in charge of any real property has been through the "Courtesy Summons" and "Uniform Ordinance Summons" process for the same, real property during the same calendar year, then such owner, tenant, or person in charge of the premises shall be issued a "Uniform Summons" to appear before the Municipal Judge at the Prosperity Town Hall for violations of §§ 51.15, 51.16, or 51.17.
