§ 50.02  TOWN SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
   (A)   There is hereby established the position of Town Superintendent of Public Works, who shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Town Council.

   (B)   The Town Superintendent of Public Works shall perform such duties as required by the Town Council and reflected in the job description of the position.
