§ 50.01  OPERATIONAL CONTROL.
   The Department of Public Utilities shall have under its operational control the following utilities:
   (A)   Town Water System;
   (B)   Town Waste Water System;
   (C)   Town Electrical System; and
   (D)   Town Street Maintenance and Sanitation Sections.
