(A) The town in determining election results will utilize the method of determination of election results under nonpartisan election and runoff election method as set out in S.C. Code § 5-15-62.
(B) In the general election, the names of those candidates declared nominated must be placed on the ballot.
(C) The candidate receiving the highest number of votes is elected.
(D) Those candidates for a group of offices receiving the highest number of votes, equal to the number of positions to be filled, are elected.
