§ 153.186  MINIMUM DISTRICT SIZE.
   No amendment shall be initiated which would create a new zoning district with an area of less than 2 acres; provide, the minimum area for a PD (Planned Development) district shall be 4 acres. The minimum requirement does not apply to extension of an existing district, or addition of NC district adjacent to CC or GC districts.
