§ 32.082  JURY FEES IN CRIMINAL CASES.
   (A)   Jurors serving in criminal cases in the town shall be paid the sum of $1 for each case in which they serve, the amount to be paid out of the fund provided in the county appropriation act for the payment of jurors and witnesses unless otherwise provided.
   (B)   The Judge in whose court be jurors serve shall within 60 days after the service, certify to the governing body of the county the names of the jurors and the services rendered and the governing body of the county shall then issue its voucher on the County Treasurer for the proper payment of the service.
