§ 32.078  COUNCIL ACTING AS JURY COMMISSIONER.
   (A)   The Mayor and Council members in the town are the Jury Commissioners of the Municipal Court and they shall, on or before May 1 each year, prepare a box to be known as the “Jury Box,” which shall contain 2 apartments designated as A and B, respectively, and shall prepare and place prior to such date in each year in apartment A of the box the names of not less than 75% of the qualified electors of the town of good moral character and eligible for jury duty.
   (B)   After so placing such names in such apartment A, the Mayor or presiding officer of the court shall lock the box and keep it in a place of safety.
