Landscaped open areas are required by this ordinance to provide buffer areas or screening
between adjacent land uses to reduce the impact of incompatible activities; to improve, protect, preserve and promote the aesthetic character, natural beauty, and value of land; and to promote and protect, public interest in recreation, safety, health, reduction of pollution, and tree protection. The standards in this division shall apply to all zoning districts.
