(A) (1) When the accused shall demand a jury, it shall be drawn from the qualified electors of the town in the same manner as is provided for drawing of juries in the Courts of Judges.
(2) The Chief of Police or the Town Administrator shall act as constable to prepare the jury list.
(3) The complainant or some officer to be designated by the Mayor may make the challenges allowed on the part of the prosecution.

(B) No person shall be required to serve on a jury in the Municipal Court oftener than once in each month of the year.
