From all decisions of the Mayor or Municipal Judge, any defendant, feeling himself or herself aggrieved, may appeal to the Circuit Court, provided he or she give notice of the appeal within 24 hours after sentence has been passed and enter into bond to appear and defend before the Council at a time to be specified in the undertaking and to abide the sentence of the Town Council.
