§ 32.001  MUNICIPAL JUDGE.
   There is hereby established a Municipal Court for the town pursuant to S.C. Code § 14-25.  The Court shall be presided over by the Municipal Judge who shall be appointed by the Town Council and who shall serve at the pleasure of Council.
