§ 30.31  APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL COMMITTEES.
   (A)   All other special or “ad hoc” committees shall be appointed by the Mayor unless a ballot is called for by the majority of Council members present.
   (B)   Special committees shall automatically dissolve once the purposes for which they were established have been accomplished.
