§ 30.30  APPOINTMENT OF STANDING COMMITTEES.
   (A)   The Mayor shall appoint the following standing committees from the Town Council membership. Membership terms for committee members shall be for 1 year and in the case of a vacancy for any cause, the Mayor shall also appoint the chairpersons of the committees.
   (B)   The standing committees are as follows:
      (1)   Electrical, Public Works, Sanitation;
      (2)   Public Safety and Streets;
      (3)   Economic Development, Buildings and Properties;
      (4)   Parks, Recreation and Events;
      (5)   Police Department;
      (6)   Utility Department;
      (7)   Town Attorney; and
      (8)   Town Administrator.
