§ 150.05  CONFLICTS BETWEEN REGULATIONS.
   In the event that any conflict exists or arises between the provisions of these codes adopted by this subchapter and any other state law or town ordinance, rule or regulation, the provisions of state law and the Code of Prosperity shall prevail and be controlling.
