(A) Building and repair permit fees.
(1) The following permit fees shall be paid based upon the total contractor’s cost of project:

$1,001 to $5,000 | $25 for the first $1,000 plus $5 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof |

$50,001 to $100,000 | $270 for the first $50,000, plus $4 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof. |
$100,001 to $500,000 | $470 for the first $100,000, plus $3 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof. |
$500,001 and up | $1,670 for the first $500,000, plus $2 for each additional $1,000 or fraction thereof. |
(2) Inspections will not be made on projects where the cost of the project is $5,000 or less.
(B) Reinspection fees. Reinspection resulting from work not being ready for inspection when the inspector is called to the job site or from work being disapproved by the Building Inspector shall be $15 per inspection.
(C) Plan review fees. When the valuation of the proposed construction exceeds $5,000 and plan review is required, a plan review fee shall be paid. The plan review fee shall be equal to 1/2 the building permit fee. The plan review fee is in addition to the building permit fee.
