§ 130.070  DISRUPTING OF COURT OR COUNCIL.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to interrupt the proceedings of the court of the Mayor, Mayor Pro Tem, Recorder or Town Council, or any meeting of the Town Council, or be guilty of disorderly conduct therein, or to commit any contempt of either.  Every person found guilty and sentenced for a contempt shall be entitled to the right of appeal as is provided for in the Statutes of South Carolina in appeals from the courts of municipalities and councils.
