§ 130.056  ALTERING AND REMOVING LANDMARKS.
   If any person shall knowingly, willfully, maliciously or fraudulently cut, fell, alter or remove any certain boundary tree or other allowed landmark, the person so offending shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not exceeding $500 or imprisoned not exceeding 30 days.
