§ 130.049  REMOVING, DESTROYING; LEAVING DOWN FENCES.
   Any person other than the owner, who shall remove, destroy or leave down any portion of any fence in the town intended to enclose animals of any kind or crops or uncultivated lands or who shall leave open any gate or leave down any bars or other structure intended for a like purpose shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by the fine of not less than $5 nor more than $30 or be imprisoned in the county jail not less than 5 and not more than $30 days.
