§ 130.047  DAMAGING PROPERTY.
   Any persons who shall injure any animal, the property of another, or who shall damage any goods, wares or merchandise, or other personal property of another person or any public property within the limits of the town shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.  Any person or persons who shall damage or destroy any fencing, fences, trees, shrubbery or buildings on the land of another or belonging to any other person or persons within limits of the town shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
