§ 130.046  PUBLIC PARKS; DRIVING, DAMAGING AND THE LIKE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or ride across any public park in the town, and it shall also be unlawful for any person to mutilate or pluck or otherwise damage any grass, flower or shrubbery in the public parks of the town.
