§ 130.045  PETIT LARCENY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to commit the crime of petit larceny within the incorporated limits of the town.  Any person who violates the provision of this section, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.  Petit larceny is determined when the value of the stolen article shall be less than $1,000.
