§ 130.032  RESISTING OFFICER MAKING ARREST.
   Any person or persons who shall resist or obstruct any officer of the town in the discharge of his or her duty, or who shall aid or abet any person or persons in resisting or obstructing any officer of the town in the discharge of his or her duty, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, subject to the limitations prescribed by S.C. Code § 16:105.
