§ 130.026  DISTURBING SCHOOL.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person willfully or unnecessarily to interfere with or to disturb in any way or in any place the students or teachers of any school inside the corporate limits of Prosperity, to loiter about the school premisses or to act in an obnoxious manner thereon.
   (B)   It shall also be unlawful for anyone to enter upon any school premises or to loiter about said premises without the permission of the principal or the person in charge of the school.
