The keeping of a bawdy house or disorderly house or a house of prostitution within the corporate limits of the town shall be a misdemeanor for the owner or lessee of any dwelling house or other building situated within the corporate limits of the town, to let or sublet the dwelling or house or other building to any person to be used, or with the knowledge that the same is intended to be used, and kept as a bawdy house or house of prostitution.
