No person holding a retail permit to sell beer, ale, porter and other similar malt or fermented beverage, issued by the state, shall sell the beverage on draft, on tap or from kegs or other containers on the premises described in the permit, unless approved by the rules and regulations of the state’s Board of Health governing eating and drinking establishments and other retail food establishments.
