§ 112.40  SALE OF BEER OR WINE AFTER LICENSE REVOKED, CANCELLED OR SUSPENDED.
   It shall be unlawful for any licensee, or any holder of a license to sell beer or wine at wholesale or retail, to sell or offer to sell beer or wine after the license shall have been revoked or cancelled or during  the period of a suspension of license.
