§ 112.38  DRINKING OR POSSESSION ON LICENSED PREMISES AT PROHIBITED HOURS.
   Any person who drinks beer or wine or possesses beer or wine in an open container between the hours of 12:00 a.m. Saturday night and sunrise Monday morning at any place licensed to sell beer or wine shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
