For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS. Any spirituous malt, vinous, fermented, brewed or other liquors or any compound or mixture thereof by whatever name called or known which contains alcohol and is used as a beverage.
NONALCOHOLIC and NONINTOXICATING. Beverages containing not in excess of 5% of alcohol by weight and all wines containing not in excess of 21% of alcohol by volume.
