§ 111.02  MUSICAL DEVICES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful to play or operate any musical device, operated by depositing coins therein, generally known as slot operated musical machines, within the town between the hours of 11:00 p.m. at night and 8:00 a.m. in the morning, and at any time during Sunday.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful to operate on public streets or public places within the corporate limits of Prosperity, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, any musical device, radio, amplifier, loud speaker or sound or noise producing or transmitting device of any kind at a volume that it can be heard beyond a distance of 100 feet or within any house, church or other building other than 1 in which the device is being utilized.  Any person convicted of a violation of this section shall upon conviction thereof be fined in an amount of $150 on the first offense and $500 on the second offense.
