§ 93.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be a misdemeanor, and anyone convicted of violating any provisions thereof shall be punished by the court as limited be state statutes.

   (B)   An officer so appointed who, after accepting such appointment, shall fail to carry out the provisions of §§ 93.50 and 93.51 shall be liable to a penalty of $25, recoverable before a magistrate, and to dismissal from office.  The Chief Insurance Commissioner shall enforce the provisions of §§ 93.50et seq.
