§ 93.53  CRIMINAL CARELESSNESS.
   If the officer shall consider that the fire be due to criminal carelessness, the person responsible for it shall be indicted before a magistrate for a misdemeanor and, upon conviction of the same, may be fined in a sum not exceeding $50 or imprisoned for not more that 10 days.
