§ 93.34  DUTY OF DRIVER.
   The provisions of §§ 93.32 and 93.33 shall not relieve the driver of an authorized emergency vehicle from the duty to drive with due regard for the safety of all persons, nor shall the provision protect the driver from the consequences of his or her reckless disregard for the safety of others.
