§ 92.26  PUBLIC NUISANCES.
   No person shall keep or have within the town a dog the habitually barks or howls in such a manner or to such an extent that it is a public nuisance.  Also, it is unlawful for any person to keep or within the town an dog that habitually re repeatedly chases, snaps at, attacks or barks at pedestrians, barks at pedestrians, bicyclists or vehicles.
