§ 92.24  RUNNING AT LARGE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to permit any dog owned by him or her to run at large so as to cause any damage to any person or property within the town.
   (B)   It shall also be unlawful for any person, either as custodian or owner to negligently permit or allow a dog to invade or trespass upon the premises of any person other than the owner or custodian, unless it be with permission of the person having control of the premises.
