§ 92.21  FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH POLICE ORDERS.
   In the event any owner or keeper of any dog or domestic pet shall knowingly fail or refuse to comply with the order of the Police Department duly given under the authority of § 92.20, it shall be the prerogative of the Police Department to seize the animal and take whatever action it deems appropriate and which is consistent with the state law governing the duties of the county’s Health Department in like situations.
