§ 92.20  POLICE AUTHORITY WHEN RABIES SUSPECTED.
   Whenever a case or suspected case of rabies has occurred in the town, the Police Department shall have the power to take preventative measures to prevent the spread of the disease.  The Police Department shall exercise this power subject to state law governing the duties of the county’s Health Department in like situations.
