§ 92.10  DEAD ANIMALS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to allow any animal dead from natural or other causes to remain on any premises in the town belonging to him or her or under his or her control for a period longer than 12 hours.  Animals killed by automobiles or dying from natural or other causes on public property shall be disposed of within 12 hours by the town.
