§ 92.09  HUNTING AND KILLING ANIMALS AND FOWL.
   It shall be unlawful to trap, hunt, shoot or attempt to shoot any animals or fowl within the town limits except when animal or fowl present an imminent threat of bodily harm to any person or damage to property including domestic pets.  If there exists an intrusion or congregation of animals or fowl in a particular locality that they constitute a nuisance or a menace to health or property in the opinion of the proper health authorities and the local police, then in such event, the animals or fowl may be disposed of according to the instructions and under the direction of the authorities.
