§ 92.08  ADDITIONAL ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS AS TO DOMESTIC CHICKENS.
   (A)   Notwithstanding any other provisions of this chapter, the impoundment or hold period for a domestic chicken is not required to exceed 3 days. An impounded domestic chicken may be redeemed by the owner within the hold period upon payment of all fees incurred as a result of the impoundment. After the specified hold period, the domestic chicken shall become the property of the town and may be disposed of at the discretion of the Police Chief or his/her designee.
   (B)   Medical care will not be provided to any injured or sick domestic chicken, and any domestic chicken determined to be unhealthy may be euthanized.
