(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, harbor or maintain within the town any livestock or poultry, or any other animal or fowl, except dogs, cats, domestic chickens, horse, pony and other domestic animals and fowl commonly kept as household pets.
(B) This section is effective October 19, 1999, and any property owner keeping livestock or fowl as of this date will be given a grandfathered land use allowing for livestock and/or fowl until the time the land use changes.
(C) Property owners will have 30 days from the date of the section to record their livestock land use with the town.
