§ 92.05  MANNER OF KEEPING AND MAINTAINING ANIMALS GENERALLY.
   All animals and fowl shall be kept and maintained in such a manner as not to injure or disturb the property, peace, comfort, health, safety or general welfare of any person within the town limits.
