§ 92.04  ANIMALS RUNNING AT LARGE; CONTROL OF ANIMALS GENERALLY.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person having charge, care, ownership or control of any animal to let the same run at large and beyond his or her control or the limits of his or her lot or property. All animals on public property or town property shall be secured by leash or tether to a person, unless otherwise determined by the Town Council.
   (B)   All animals which are found in violation of this section or otherwise unlawfully running at large within the town may be taken into custody and impounded. All animals impounded shall be given proper care and treatment.
