§ 91.31  BICYCLES AND ROLLER SKATES ON SIDEWALKS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride a bicycle or skate on roller skates on any sidewalks within the corporate limits of the town between Brown Street and the C.N. & L. Railway crossing.
