Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter shall be served by the town with a written notice stating the nature of the violation and if the violation continues for more than 20 days following the written notice the town will apply to the courts for the enforcement of the regulations set forth herein through the means of mandatory injunctions or other remedial process.
