Notes:
(1) The total cost of sewer service charges will be the combined total of B.O.D., Total Solids and pH as shown above.
(2) The town will conduct a 24 hour composite sampling and analysis of the  wastewater at least once per 12 months. This analysis will be the basis for determining the surcharge.  The volume of waste to be used in determining the surcharge will be obtained form the town water mater reading and/or by methods described herein.
